Tucked away in the highly sought-after area of Little Tuscany and Chino Canyon, this home is equipped to charm any guest and host your next desert getaway. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including a well-equipped casita), pool, spa, yard games, a (recently-added) ev-charger in the garage, 2 indoor fireplaces, outdoor fire pit (the list goes on), this home is walking distance to fabulous Las Palmas neighborhood and some parts of the Northern Design District. Hop in an uber and you are (literally) minutes from downtown and several hiking trails. This home is ideal for entertaining. You enter the home to a large, formal living room with a bar and gas fireplace, leading to a step-down family room/dining room with your second gas fireplace, overlooking the pool and spa. Step back up the generous, well-appointed chef’s kitchen and delight your friends with your gourmet skills or continue outside through the glass sliding doors to the sparkling pool and spa. There is lounging for everyone, casual seating areas and a fire feature for day and evening relaxation. The main house offers two guest rooms and 2 bathrooms. One of them is ensuite to serve as your primary suite. A great perk of this home is the attached casita offering the third guest room with its own ensuite bath, kitchenette & private entrance. All 3 guest rooms offer king beds and TV’s. The front yard is private, fully fenced for kids and pups and features yard games like giant chess or checkers, cornhole and a putting green while enjoying stunning mountain views. The neighborhood is very quiet and the home had plenty of things to keep the kids busy: pool, putting green, board games, and outdoor chess and checker. We loved the view of the mountains from numerous windows and riding the Palm Springs Tram that was close by. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Downtown was a quick couple minutes car ride away and grocery stores were within a few miles drive. Property manager was quick to respond and checked in via text a few times. ##### Andrea D.
