The resort worked out very well for us. Check in was a bit chaotic, but we understand they had a large sports team leaving the same day and perhaps that had an effect. Once we got into our condo, it was great! It was clean, comfortable and larger than we thought. The view from the balcony was amazing and the pool area was perfect. The staff were very receptive to our requests and quick to respond. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Palm Springs. ##### Jennifer H. All amenities were very enjoyable. The service was very commentating. The condo itself was large and spacious. The interior doesn't look like any of the resort pictures. It was perfect. No stress. Lots of room in the suite. Was able to make meals for them with the full kitchen. Grocery stores are just a few minutes away. Downtown is just far enough away.
