OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Nicola Oasis also features a full-sized laundry room with washer and dryer, a 2-car garage, plus an oversized driveway with tourbus/RV parking. Pool and Spa Heating is $99/night, and recommended from early October through early June. Like most Palm Springs Pool/Spa setups, only one or the other can be heated at a time. Spa-only Heating is $49/night. No smoking. No music outside, at any level. Please review and ensure your full party is committed to complying with house rules before booking. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. Limit 2. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dogs need to be disclosed in advance. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required.
