POOL & SPA INFORMATION: \+ Private Saltwater Pool \+ 6 ft. deep end \+ Hot Tub (5 person capacity) Winter/Spring pool heating is available for $85/day and must be for the entire stay if added to your reservation from the day you check in through the day you check out. NOTE: 48 hour notice is required in order to have the pool heated upon arrival. Maximum winter pool temperature is set to 88 degrees. Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture. The spa is heated on demand and included in your rental rate. Pool systems are monitored remotely. Pool is not heated during the summer months (June-August) but typical 80+ temperatures occur naturally during that time. Guests control hot tub heating during the stay. The hot tub is NOT preheated before arrival. NOTE: Host will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional nonworking pool heating that occurs during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner. Please notify us asap! The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to wind and desert weather. A company cleans the pool and spa twice a week. We will do our best to accommodate any additional cleaning needs including the provided skimmer. NOISE: \- The convenience of our location to the airport does come with an occasional sound of airplanes. However, we are NOT beneath any flight path. \- We are located in a quiet residential neighborhood therefore it is important to stay within the noise ordinances. Please remember we are surrounded by mountains and voices can easily carry. QUIET TIME is between 10pm and 10am. Please consider moving indoors after 10pm. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use low voices. Please, don’t bring speakers outside. Per the city of Palm Springs: "Audible music, or music that can be heard from the property line, is strictly forbidden in vacation rentals in the Palm Springs area."
