The COSMO, enjoy a Stylish Experience at this Centrally located Mid-Century Modern Dream Home.
This well-appointed pad offers an incredible outdoor entertainment area with an oversized saltwater pool and a secluded Spa in backyard. Relax on the chaise lounges and soak up the desert sun, if it gets to hot turn on the misters to cool down.
Have a meal on the patio with mountain view. Take one of the beach cruisers bikes to explore the desert or the close by downtown Palm Springs.

Great house , wonderful outdoor area . It was about 5 minutes to old Palm Springs . It took us about 25 minutes to get to Indian Wells .

Amazing

The property was amazing - even better than in the photos. Pool and hottub were fabulous. View of the mountains, beautiful. Claudia and Dominic were very helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. It’s a good 30 minute walk into the centre of downtown but it was no problem - we did it every day for dinner. Would definitely book here again.

A lovely property with all that we needed. Pool was nice and glad we had it heated. Would recommend this property for a quiet retreat I prefer a firmer bed but it was ok for the length of our stay

Wonderful getaway

We spent a wonderful long Thanksgiving weekend relaxing in this lovely house, with a large heated pool, great hot-tub with a temperature we could adjust, great location, and fantastic view. Our dog joined us and enjoyed exploring the large enclosed backyard. A great supply of games and pool toys was perfect for our kids (14 and 11). The kitchen was well stocked so we could cook our Thanksgiving dinner and then enjoy out on the patio table. There was one minor issue with the pool heat -- the property manager's response was nearly instantaneous, the issue was fixed remotely, and we were refunded for that day's pool heating, no questions. Will happily stay there again!

Feel like a star!

This property has absolutely everything to make you feel like a star; comfortable home, inviting pool, soothing spa, peaceful grounds and orange trees to pick for a morning smoothie or evening cocktail. Our four week stay went by far too fast! Want to come back again. Cheers, Al & Ron.

Captivating Cosmo

We were sad to have to leave after a month long hiatus from the Bay Area. The location and amenities were perfect. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry are all well stocked. Two bikes to ride around town. Yummy fruit trees. Hot tub takes under one hour to heat fully. Great owner response time. We’ll be back!

Gorgeous, peaceful and great location!

We are a family of six and we loved our stay over the holidays at the Cosmo! The beds were super comfy, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing with a book and a tasty drink. Downtown is just a short 5 minute drive away and the airport is ten minutes away but we hardly heard the planes. We loved the house! The primary has its own walkout to the hot tub which was great for showering afterwards so you don’t have to walk through the house (the tiles can be slippery when wet) The kitchen has everything you need equipment wise but just the basics as far as spices, no condiments etc. If you are more than four people, seating for 6 adults in the living room was an issue. The couch is great (for two, maybe three) there are two side chairs but someone always ended up on the floor. The dining area was perfect for six. The management were very helpful and responsive and they even put up a Christmas tree with goodies underneath for us. We had a great time!

Incredible property- Pics don't to it justice!

My husband, daughter and I came here with my parents for Thanksgiving week. The house is so much larger and even more beautiful than the pictures make it seem! We loved it here. There are gorgeous fruit trees in the back, the pool is huge (much larger than expected) and clean, the hot tub is equally clean and lovely, the beds were comfortable. I will say that the bathrooms are old, but they are very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms also have interesting doors with fogged glass, so you can't see through them; the concern for us, however, was that they let a lot of light in at night, so I ended up having to tape up black trash bags over the window part at night so that my daughter could sleep. Not a huge deal, just an FYI if you have anyone with light sensitivity at night. Other than that, we loved it here, and I would definitly stay here again!

Once Again Perfect...

Our second time in 2 months and we couldn't be any happier! Management is so super easy to work with and accommodating which we really appreciated. We love the neighborhood - every home is gorgeous and the lots have space. This home literally has everything you need. We love that there's a retractable awning and mister for the hot days in the summer! Beds are so super comfy, kitchen all you need. Jacuzzi, grill, etc etc. Don't think, just book it!

Perfect get-away

We went for a mid-week getaway for 3 nights and had a great time! It was 110 degrees and we spent most of our time in the wonderful salt water pool. The home is well equipped and clean. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. We look forward to coming back.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

When you think of spending a weekend renting a home in Palm Springs to relax and chill this is EXACTLY the epitome of the architecture, neighborhood, and vibe...this home is beautifully situated on a quiet street and yet centrally located. It's a mid century GEM. Bright, incredibly clean, lots of nice flow...every amenity you can think of and then some. Fully stocked kitchen! Tons of extra towels, blankets, pillows...super comfy bed... SUPER PRIVATE too... We loved it so much that we'll be back next month! Check in and check out were super easy...the management company were incredibly easy to work with and helpful! Thank you!
