Built in 1961 by celebrated architect, Barry Berkus, Merito Manor is one of the best examples of Palm Springs design and earned historic designation in 2019\. The property is located in Palm Springs’ most desirable neighborhood, Las Palmas, and only steps away from the best restaurants and shopping in downtown Palm Springs on Palm Canyon Boulevard. Enjoy panoramic views of the mountains and palm trees from every room. Appreciate the sophisticated design and eclectic art while gathering around one of the many conversation areas. Relax in a large private patio that connects directly to the sparkling pool shared by only a handful of owners.
