The BBQ is connected to gas so no fuss grilling makes is so easy. The pool can be heated for an additional fee. The main living area has high vaulted ceilings creating an expansive fee. The spacious and fully-outfitted kitchen with large island makes it smooth and easy to prepare wonderful meals throughout the day. Like an upscale boutique hotel, all of the 3 king bedrooms feature High end linens, hospitality-quality mattresses, flat screen televisions and ample storage. Each room is flooded with light, high ceilings and a mid century flair. Located on a quiet street, this stunning home is approximately 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and minutes from restaurants, nightlife, shopping and all that Palm Springs has to offer. By placing a reservation you are accepting the terms and conditions of our house agreement posted on the VRBO website. This is a vacation home and security is always important. UTILITIES: For stays of 28 nights and less: Utilities and the heating of the hot tub are included in the rental of the Property, except for the heating of the pool. With advance written notification, the pool can be heated upon the request of Renter for an additional $50.00 per day plus the city tax. For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption. A utilities deposit of $3,000 will be held on guests credit card.
