Palm Springs City ID# of 004444 The Space: Welcome to Luxe Retreat, a beautiful home near all the best Palm Springs attractions with next-level features like the poolside cabana facing some of the property’s most iconic views and the hot tub, made all the more opulent with a waterfall flowing into the pool. City ID # 4444/TOT #3194 For a full experience, the outdoor area also includes shaded dining space and grill. Inside, the fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, and toaster oven for convenient cooking at home. Whip up snacks to enjoy outside by the pool, or prepare full meals to share at the dining table for 4\. Put your feet up in the living room where cozy couches face a smart tv. Adjacent to the living area is a wet bar, perfectly situated for making a round of drinks as you wind down for the evening. This home sleeps 6 guests in 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom #2 has a queen-size bed and smart tv. Bedroom #3 has a full-size bed and smart tv. THINGS TO NOTE: \-The home has an additional bathroom with shower/tub combo. \-Parking space provided in the driveway and garage. \-Washer and dryer in unit. \- If you wish to heat the hot tub during the summer months between June and September, there is an additional $50 nightly fee. Due to increased gas costs, this fee helps cover the expense for the day of use. This fee is optional during the summer months. To ensure a seamless experience, please call us to arrange payment prior to your arrival as it is not included in your reservation total. \-During the colder months of October through May, we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees F and the spa to a relaxing 102 degrees F. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive! \-In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure. \- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. \-Property does not allow pets. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway within 7 miles of the home and trailheads accessible all around. We go to Palm Springs a couple times a year and always get a rental house. The property manager required a 48 hours notice to heat the pool. I sent in a request but never received a confirmation. When we arrived in Palm Springs I called to get confirmation and was told they never got the notice and their policy was that I would have to heat the pool for our entire stay even on check-in and check out day. I told them I did not see that in the contract and I only wanted it for the three days that we would be there all day. She said she would check with their team and get back to me. I then got an email about four hours later saying my request was denied. I called back and asked to speak with a manager or someone that could override the “team’s” decision. Then remembered that I could also send a direct message to the owner via the Vrbo website and did that. Within 10 minutes I received a text message saying that the pool would be heated for the three days we wanted it. I felt like the property management company gave me the complete runaround and I don’t know who their team is but it seems to me It’s one guy that comes out and turns on the pool heater. I appreciate that they cleared everything up, but that was a real pain to have to go through. ##### Tami S. Trips to town and nearby attractions were short walks or drives in every direction. The home was very clean and with a well-stocked kitchen. The yard and pool were well maintained and offered privacy. We're regular VRBO renters, and this property moved toward the top of our list! There were three of us, college friends that wanted to just catch up and hangout and this was the perfect place to relax in the pool and enjoy each others company.
