Utility Surcharge For stays of 28 nights or longer starting June 1st and ending September 30th, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat. This is NOT included in the amount being paid at the time of booking. It will be requested prior to your arrival. Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay): Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee. Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee. We ask that you pick up after your pet if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive pet damage, could result in additional fees.
