You are responsible for any and all damages caused by your pet. • While we do provide soap, shampoo, bathroom towels, pool towels and paper products included, our propane tanks (for the grill and fire pit) are NOT guaranteed filled. We can have both tanks refilled for you for an extra $80 charge. Please let us know in advance if you'd like them guaranteed filled by the time you arrive.
