FULLY FURNISHED OUTDOOR POOL PATIO Sitting on a prime lot with a view of Mt San Jacinto on one side and picture-perfect Indian Canyon Fairway views on the other, this completely remodeled 2,900 sq ft home will live up to your expectations and then some. Stretch out in the spacious backyard with heated pool and bubbly spa. Like the inside, the outside is stylishly furnished for comfortable, modern living and al fresco dining. Grill your meals on the large BBQ grill with in-line natural gas hookup - you'll never run out of propane. After drifting effortlessly on the fun blue floats, you can work on your tan from one of the lounge chairs. Enjoy sunset with an evening cocktail while comfortably circled around the in-line natural gas fire feature There's even a patch of real grass for dogs and children to romp.er OPEN FLOOR PLAN The main living area of the house offers an exciting open floor plan that encompasses a large living room, dining room and kitchen that opens onto the pool, spa and expansive backyard with commanding views of the mountains. The living room is modern yet comfortable and features a dramatic outlook to the pool and mountain view. Comfortable seating can accommodate 7-8\. A player piano adds interest and connects the living room to the magnificent golf course views. Sunshine pours into the entire area bathing them in natural light. GOURMET KITCHEN The sunny kitchen features gourmet stainless steel appliances including a wine cooler. You'll find everything you need to easily prepare a midnight snack or a holiday feast. Counter seating provides a place for casual meals and easy conversation with the cook. FOUR DELUXE BEDROOMS The spacious King Primary Suite features large walk-in closet, bright, all new en suite bath with double sink vanity, and walk-in 2 person shower. There's a 60'' TV and a wall of sliding glass doors for easy access to the backyard and pool. The second large King Master Suite has a sofa seating area, en suite bath with soaking tub and separate shower, 60” TV, walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door to the backyard. Bedroom three has a queen bed and en suite bath with an extra door to the hall so this bath easily functions as the shared bath with the 4th bedroom/office. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, and a nice desk/work area with a monitor and printer. IMPORTANT NOTES Optional Pool Heating is recommended October thru May: $79/night. Well-behaved dogs are welcome. There is a taxable $150 Per Dog Fee. Limit 2\. This fee can be added after you book. Official Service Dogs need to be disclosed in advance. Monthly guests pay actual gas and electric utility costs during their stay (instead of a nightly Pool Heating Fee). An Advance Utility Deposit of $1,500/month will be required. The owner keeps two cars in the garage, but there's ample room to park up to the allowed 4 vehicles in front of the garage and in the circular driveway. The home is a beautifully designed mid-century retreat with an outdoor space that really stands out. The pool, natural gas BBQ, and fire pit made it easy to spend most of our time outside, and everything was set up for both relaxation and entertaining.Inside and out, the property was meticulously cared for, which made the stay feel extra comfortable and welcoming. You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining the home. The property management team was extremely communicative and made the entire stay a breeze.Overall, Fairway Luxe delivered on every front with style, comfort, and amenities.
