This updated and clean condo in the beautiful Palm Springs community of Sundance is sure to delight you and your guests. Take full advantage of Palm Springs' year-round sunshine in this light and bright vacation rental with a large courtyard with a sparkling private pool. Outfitted with two glass-enclosed patios, both overlooking the pool deck, this will be just the place to enjoy the warm evenings. Three chaise lounge chairs can be used to soak in the sun or relax in the shade of the mature trees. The private saline pool and spa make for a lovely escape from the heat or evening soak as well. Inside, the living room offers a comfortable couch, additional seating for entertaining, an HDTV, and a fireplace to finish off this welcoming space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, numerous small appliances, utensils, and service ware, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals inside with dining for four, or dine alfresco on the outdoor patio.

WHAT'S NEARBY
For a bit of fun right near home base, enjoy early morning or evening walks on the lovely and well-maintained greenbelt just outside the patio. Also in the complex is a shared tennis court to indulge in a bit of friendly competition. Venture into downtown, just two-and-a-half miles away, and you will have full days of fun with endless restaurants, boutiques, and attractions lining Palm Canyon Drive. If you happen to have a more outdoorsy group, wake up early and treat yourself to a hike on the foothills of Mount San Jacinto. Even more fun can be found at Joshua Tree National Park, just 35 miles away!

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-For reservations longer than 28 nights, a utility deposit is $1500 for 28 nights, with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

This rental is located on floor 1.
2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 49 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Fantastic House

Came for a family wedding and this house was just perfect. Immaculate and very well equipped for our adult group. Even prettier than the pictures. We had a problem with the TV and they came right away to fix it! I will stay here again on our next visit to Palm Springs!

Absolutely loved it

I stayed at this place with my sister who was visiting from Germany. It was a beautiful house, modern kitchen and bathrooms, and the bedrooms had new carpet. The house was equipped with all kinds of amenities including various dishes, wine and cocktail glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. There were two fridges one in the kitchen and one in the garage. The pool was very clean but the patio furniture was dirty due to the high wind and dust. But the inside the house was immaculate. My only concern was that i could hardly fit my suv in the garage because there were wooden shutters and extra roll of carpet on the ground. I would definitely consider staying at this place again.

Beautifully updated home

This home has everything you will need for a stylish and comfortable stay in Palm Springs. There was a failure in their communication to heat the pool which we carefully arranged and paid for in advance. They reimbursed us for that but it was still a big bummer for my wife. No swimming or spa for her during our stay. However, other than that miss, we really enjoyed this beautiful, fully equipped and comfortable home! I can’t think of a thing we would change about the home. Beautiful kitchen and really especially nice master bathroom!

Spacious and private

Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a gated community, with a private pool. Beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen, garage parking and washer/ dryer. Place was immaculate. Close drive to downtown Palm Springs with restaurants and shopping. Thursday nights there is a street festival with music and vendors selling art and food. Great place to stay for a visit to Palm Springs

Pro: close to Old Town. Very quiet. Gated. Loved the fire pit. Cons: no code for food deliveries. Even though paid for heated SPA they were never able to get it to work. Overall: great time was had by all except for pool. Breakfast at the Farm in P.S. was the top food event

READ IF YOU WANT TO USE THE JACUZZI--Great Property - Poor Property Managers

We saw in the photos that there was a Jacuzzi on site. That was a major factor in us choosing this property. The description of this property clearly stated that you need to give advance notice + pay an additional fee to heat the pool. We understood this and were not interested in using the pool (it was winter). We arrived and the jacuzzi was 62 degrees. I called the management company and reached a man from the management company (Vacasa) named Sterling. When I inquired about the jacuzzi, he said, “there is no jacuzzi at this property.” I explained that I was standing looking at it. He explained, That is not a jacuzzi, that is a POOL SPA.” “Whatever it is,” I asked, “How do we turn it on?” He went on to explain that I should have known that this was a pool spa and therefore connected to the pool and required a fee to heat plus 48 hours advance notice...and it would take 4-6 hours to heat. When I explained that--as a lay person--I do not know the difference between a JACUZZI and a POOL SPA, he became rude. The more I tired to get Sterling to see and understand the honest mistake I had made, the more he dug his heels in. He said, (and I quote), “It is not our problem that you don’t know the difference between a jacuzzi and pool spa...that’s on you not us!” As it turns out, NOT ONLY WAS HE INDIGNANT, HE WAS WRONG. While I was talking with him, I received a voice mail from a helpful woman who explained that I would have to pay, but the jacuzzi/pool spa could be heated—and it was—within 45 minutes. This man was unnecessary harsh and rude, when I was simply expressing a frustration. Perhaps some more customer service/empathy training for Sterling?

Loved the pool

The condo was super nice and extremely clean!! Had everything we needed. The backyard and pool area was awesome!! That’s where we spent all of our time, pool was very clean as well! Would definitely stay again. The only issue was trying to get a hold of the property owners before my stay with a few questions, they never responded or acknowledged my messages.

This is a great property for going to the Palm Springs Tram or to VillageFest. It is a quiet location in a gated community. We loved the privacy of the pool and spa. The kitchen had adequate cooking pots, pans and utensils for the visit.
