The Biarritz is an excellent location if you want to be near downtown. It’s also close to the stadium if you enjoy watching California Winter League Baseball.Mike was a very responsive host and answered all of our texts immediately.The kitchen was a little short on utensils and decent cookware and glassware. It is in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. One minor issue was the unreasonably high threshold to the walk-in closet in the bedroom. One has to be careful not to trip over it. The unit is nicely remodeled and has everything you need. The living area is a bit dark; it faces he staircases. The bedroom, in contrast, is very bright with nice view of the mountain. A reverse floorplan would be better but almost all units in the complex are similar to this.
