This newly remodeled, newly furnished home is sleek, colorful, and fun with an enormous backyard, an amazing new large pool and spa, and multiple outdoor dining and lounging areas with fantastic mountain views. You will love the bright and modern pop art collections throughout the home that celebrate music and icons of pop culture and Rock and Roll. It’s the perfect mix of contemporary creature comforts, like high-speed internet (perfect for remote working and remote learning for kids), great modern design, and classic Palm Springs views. An EV charger was added (summer 2023) in garage for those drivers with electric vehicles. Stylish, but unassuming from the circular drive entrance, PS Leverage opens up to large living room with plenty of seating and lounging space and a large flat screen Smart TV. The inviting open concept area is highlighted by a custom countertop island and breakfast bar perfect for eating and congregating. The beautiful and spacious gourmet modern kitchen is well stocked and equipped with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, microwave, dishwasher, and indoor/outdoor drink and dining ware. Just off the kitchen and living area is an open formal dining area with seating for eight. There is a beautiful service bar stocked with every type of bar tool and drink ware to meet your cocktail needs. A stylish and modern high-top table and bar stools are the perfect spot to have a drink before dinner. The dining area has enough space for playpens for the youngsters within easy sight whether you are preparing a meal or sitting down to enjoy one. Since Palm Springs is all about year-round outdoor living, the kitchen, living room, and dining area all open up to the stunning oversized back yard. Immediately outside of the kitchen and living room slider is an inviting al fresco dining area that fits 8 comfortably. Outside the dining room door is a comfy covered seating area and a BBQ for all your grilling desires. An additional seating area lies just a little beyond the dining area, outside the Master Suite door. A large and gorgeous new pool and oversized spa that will easily fit your entire party is easily the focus of the back yard. The pool is highlighted with a gigantic baja swim shelf with a spot for an umbrella. The pool is over 40 feet long and perfect for the bright yellow high-end pool floats. Covered and uncovered chaise lounge seating areas surround the pool area ready for your sun worship and offering spectacular views of the mountains and the tramway lights at night. Going back into the home, a long hallway takes you down to the three large bedrooms. All three bedrooms are appointed with Eastern King sized beds, nightstands, oversized closets, and flat screen Smart TVs with premium cable access. PS Leverage offers two guest bedrooms that share a fully remodeled hallway bathroom with a shower/jaccuzzi tub combination and a built in Bluetooth bathroom sound system. The Master Suite offers a beautifully redesigned bathroom with large spa shower and an additional Bluetooth sound system. PS Leverage is conveniently located near the Palm Springs Airport and is well insulated with triple-pane windows and doors to ensure little or no airport noise. The location does offer some amazing aeronautical sites for those airplane enthusiasts! The home is conveniently located near many grocery stores and just minutes from downtown, yet far enough back to enjoy panoramic vistas. It should be noted the City has a vacation rental ordinances with a noise clause that is strictly enforced. No outdoor amplified sound (music) at all (day or night) and there is a nightly sound curfew. It can be explained further before booking. The owner(s) like to stress this home is ideal for a dream vacation and relaxation but is by no means a “party-central” home. Each guest is expected be as good a neighbor as the owner(s) themselves. Fantastic backyard, huge with a lot of seating and a great pool. The inside is just as great. 3 bedrooms with all their own personal touch. I have stayed at other home rentals and the difference between this home is they think of the guests convenience. For example, they had laundry baskets in each of the rooms closets. They also had little toiletries that usually only hotels will leave out for you or another thing was they had supplies that they let the guests use ( spices and coffee etc) and kindly ask that we replace if we finish. The house manager was also always very attentive and made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this place for people that come with children or if you want to just come with adults and have a little party weekend. ##### Arpi O. Planes go right overhead from the airport, and the road it's on is pretty busy/people driving fast. It's not exactly relaxing when you're by the pool or outside, and the noise is noticable when inside the house even. So if you're there with friends just to hang out it's a great place, but if you're there to really relax in peace you probably want to look at other houses. Relax PS was very helpful leading up to the trip and always quickly answered our questions about the house and things to do in the area. That was incredibly helpful in planning. They loved sitting on the tanning deck, and the pool was shallow enough for the adults to stand with the kids throughout. We liked the sparse and simple decor/furnishings - it looked nice and offered more space for us to move around. The pool was perfect and the yard was huge! The kitchen was so stocked with everything we could ever need. The house is close to the airport but the noise is not that loud. It's also on a busy street but once you get inside, you don't even notice. Not sure if this is a VRBO thing but I did feel like I was signing my life away when booking and arriving. We arrived shortly after 2pm. It was 108 degrees and all I wanted to do was get my 2 dogs out to relieve themselves and get settled into the house. My freshly groomed white dogs and myself had to run through the sprinklers on wet grass to the back, getting them wet then of course dirty paws before we could even unpack a towel for them. We had to run countless times to remove cell phones and other items from the tables when the sprinklers came on while we were in the pool or enjoying a book and cup of coffee. We were happy with our stay and very thankful for the pool and good air conditioning. ##### Debi N. Our family of 5 found the house to be the perfect size. There were smart TVs in each bedroom and the family room so the kids could all watch what they wanted, when they wanted, and could also hook up their gaming consoles. The backyard was absolutely perfect. Plenty of sitting and lounging areas and the pool was great. There were multiple umbrellas so we could shade the areas we wanted to. The pool had a great shallow ledge so we could sit and read/relax without being completely submerged. The jacuzzi was also quite large. The house was stocked with all the cooking and serving ware we needed. We were also pleasantly suprised to find a cupboard full of board games. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we had a completely touchless check-in and check-out and corresponded with the property management via text and phone call when we arrived. They were very easy to deal with and the communication was clear and concise. The street itself was a little busy, but there were no no noise issues. Less than a half mile to the grocery store and fast food drive-thrus. Downtown was less than a 10 minute car ride with plenty of shops and restaurants. This was SO much better than staying in a hotel. I would definitely stay at this house again. ##### Julie B. Super clean and very well kept during this pandemic. We loved the owner—and the staff was top notch, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. Anyone that came to the property wore mask and gloves. We even had an issue with the jets in the hot tub and the WiFi was down for a short period the first day, but the property manager not only prioritized our solutions, but also brought us a bottle of champagne to make up for the inconvenience. They really handle customer service like no other! We would recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay in Palm Springs for a weekend, a few days, week —any amount of time spent is wonderful at PS Leverage and we will 100% be coming back! ##### halle g. We had three couples stay for a week, and there is lots of room to relax. The home had everything we needed from dishes, pots/pans, towel, and linens. The bedrooms are equally spacious, and we enjoyed several meals in house (Shopping market very close). We spent most of our time outside by the pool (Soooo much space in the backyard). The location is close to the runway at the airport and the road out front is fairly busy but it did not affect our trip at all. No one in our party felt it affected our trip negatively.
