Palm Springs City ID #004709 The Space: Curving archways surround a spacious, shaded patio with overhead fans, sectional seating, fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining space. Steps away, the stunning pool with attached hot tub and waterfall is a retreat among the desert landscape. Poolside lounge chairs face the clear, blue water with mountain views on the horizon. Your fur friends are also welcome! The home is outfitted with a doggy door to the gated grassy dog run, plus dog bowls and a cushy bed are available. Sliding glass doors bring you inside where contemporary patterns and vibrant colors make for an inviting indoor space. The large sectional couch, which faces a smart tv and gas fireplace, is the perfect place to spend indoor leisure time. Cozy up here on cool desert nights, or gather in the formal seating area where good conversations are sure to be had. The fully updated kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you’ll need for convenient meals at home. For casual dining, make use of the 2 barstools at the kitchen counter or the adjacent high-top table with seating for 6\. The formal dining room is a worthy space for gathering with its ample natural light, imaginative art, and seating for 8\. This home sleeps 6 guests in 3 private bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and large closet/dressing room. This room also features sliding glass doors which open onto the home’s sprawling patio. Bedroom #2 is furnished with a queen size bed and smart tv. Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv. THINGS TO NOTE: \-The home has an additional full bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a shared half-bathroom easily accessed from the outdoor pool area. \-Living room and primary bedroom Tvs both have Apple TV and -Spectrum TV app, HBO Max, Showtime, NFL Network, Netflix, etc. \-Guest bedrooms have HBO Max, Netflix, and other network apps. \- Wi-Fi with internet speeds: up to 500+ Mbps download: Up to +25 Mbps upload. \- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per dog, per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella. It came fully stocked with the necessities (although a ridiculous amount of baking pans), it was clean (and I am very picky), all appliances were new, there was plenty of space for 3 couples, and the property managers were very responsive. The only downside I can say is the neighborhood is transitional and if is directly under the airport take off path. Fortunately, the planes are infrequent and stop at about 10pm. Everything was within a 10-15 minute drive that we needed(convention center, downtown palm springs). Grocery stores were within 5 minutes of the house which made it super easy when needing to run out for groceries. The backyard set up was very nice and perfect for relaxing but also enjoying the pool and bbq. Our stay included cheer moms and athletes and we both enjoyed the layout of the house and the open concept of the kitchen and living room. The property management was super quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs. Would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again. ##### Destiny W. The house was very clean and had everything you could need. The backyard area and pool was a delight to hang out at in the afternoon. The location was perfect, so close to downtown Palm Springs, I would definitely stay again if in the area. ##### Barbara L. Quiet neighborhood, but close to the action. Clean and comfortable with everything we needed to cook. The backyard oasis was where we lived - it was really nice. We had trouble getting the lock-box to release when we first arrived, and couldn't figure out how to adjust the hot tub temperature, but the support team quickly resolved both issues. Overall great experience. ##### Voyageur vérifié Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2024 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Jessica I. 12 avr. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Great Property, Awful Customer Service, No Compensation for Issues We had 2 situations needing customer service in our 3-day rental & were 100% disappointed. 1st, there was a mechanical issue with the spa within hrs of checking in. When trying to heat spa, it completely drained – making it unusable for more than 1/3 our rental. Multiple calls & texts (including picture of the empty hot tub) went unanswered except for “working with local team” & “the local team has been contacted.” When they did respond it was not helpful: “use the code to change the temperature” & “read the welcome packet at the front door.” 2 hours after the issue was reported, I received a text the pool guy would come the next day “in the morning” & no time could be shared. The pool guy had no clue there was an issue; only scheduled to clean pool. A call with Grand Welcome netted “we contacted the local company & have no information”. Finally, they texted pool guy was on his way & it would be a quick fix. After determining not a quick fix, he showed us how to manually change the pump because it had to be replaced. Mgmt Co sent a text to assure we did steps “no further damage to the equipment” happened! The 2nd morning, pool guy showed up unannounced & told us to vacate the yard. After 2 hrs, the manual way we were instructed to change the heat was no longer an option. I inquired if the heat was fixed & again “we are inquiring with our local team”. I did ask about compensation for spa – no response. 2nd issue, they double charged dog fee. No refunds for either! ##### Jessica I. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. Pool and spa are amazing! As you can see by the map of the property, it lies right in the flight line of PSP. So if occasional airplane noise bothers you, this probably isn’t the house for you. It didn’t bother us! We love being close to downtown PS. The house is layed out so nice and easily accomodated the 6 of us (3 adults & 3 children age 9-14). Everything worked so well, beautifully devorated and perfectly furnished with everything we needed. The pool and outdoor bathroom and shower are fabulous. We all had such fun. Our dog loved it, special gated grassed area for dog with doggy door to house. Also took long morning walk with dog in neighborhood. It was the weekend with heatwave, got up to 121 but no problem, everywhere is air conditioned. We loved riding up to downtown area for coffee and ice cream, and see all the stores. We went to antique stores- fun but expensive. Saw Frank Sinatras home and Movie Colony. Then we planned to eat dinner out but we decided to eat at the house and enjoy it. Glad we did!!! No complaints. Loved it! ##### Carolyn G. We spent most of our waking hours in the backyard. It was incredibly relaxing. It is well laid out and has everything we needed, including kitchen supplies for cooking meals. Beautiful home with 3 big bedrooms. I got the master which was amazing! The pool is gorgeous and perfect set up with lounge chairs and tables in the shade. A bathroom out by the pool so you did not need to go inside. The kitchen had everything you could need! Beautiful ceiling fans throughout the home which kept the temperature perfect. If you get a chance to rent this home, DO IT!!! We are already planning a trip back! ##### Christine E.
