Situated within five miles from the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Casa De Anza is a newly remodeled 2BR/2BA townhome with a sleek and modern aesthetic. Newly updated flooring, furnishings, and decor brighten every room. Spend sun-soaked afternoons by your private pool and spa, and charr your favorites on the grill. A propane heater keeps things comfortable on cool nights. Large greenbelts separate the condos at this gated complex, and you will enjoy shared access to the tennis courts and a second on-site pool.

This posh townhome has an airy living space. Unwind on comfortable furnishings and watch TV while enjoying the warm ambience of the gas fireplace. In the well-equipped kitchen, a gas range and ample counter space make it easy to whip up your favorite meals. When it's time to eat, perch at the kitchen bar or the formal dining table. A washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi are provided.

A king bed, 45-inch TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom are featured in the primary bedroom. The bathroom is outfitted with a unique garden shower and a water closet, and a patio off the bedroom has a comfortable lounge area with palm tree views. The second bedroom has a king bed, plus its own patio with a lounge chair and additional seating. Lovely tile and a walk-in shower round out the en-suite bathroom.

Mid Century Modern Vibe

The property is beautiful inside and out. The decorator created a lovely, unique space reflecting the mid century modern vibe of Palm Springs. We enjoyed sitting outside with a view of the palm trees when the weather was warm. Having the kitchen cabinets labeled saved us time searching for just the right item. The location is within easy driving distance of restaurants and the downtown area. Be sure the company sends the gate code, not just the door code.

Ten day rest

Great place in many respects. Four stars for cleanliness (a little dusty here and there, floors could use a wash) comfy beds, most of the utensils and other items needed in kitchen. Proximity to activities was good. Quiet except for airport take offs and landings. House is a little tired (blinds in kitchen for example). Nice place but could use a deep clean.

Wonderful property, Vacasa contact center could be better

Great layout, clean, colorful and fun. Had to wait on hold for an hour just to add pool heat so be prepared for that. Then when we arrived there was something wrong with the pool spa heat which isn’t really their fault and maintenance was friendly and did try to fix it promptly. They were able to fix the pool heat after a day but unfortunately the spa/hot tub heat never got resolved. We were offered a $50 refund for one day of pool heat and haven’t heard back about an additional refund for not being able to utilize the spa/hot tub amenity for the entire stay. Would have expected a faster resolution to the refund and process to add pool heat to give a five star rating.

Great home but could use better service

The home was clean and in a great location. Wonderful views, walking distance to a lot of activities and restaurants, and literally steps away from the community pool. Downside. Coffee maker without coffee grounds. We asked and was told that Vacasa does not provide coffee. The soap that is provided is really tiny. We would have expected full sized bars or refilled bottles of soap. We had to purchase soap after 1 use which was annoying. We asked for the pool to be heated but was told no because we didn't provide enough notice. Granted, it is in the listing under "security cameras" to call ahead of time but we booked months ago and didn't revisit the listing. That's on me. Yet in still, they could have heated the pool even at our request to be charged for the entire stay so we could use for at least 1 day. It would have been worth the cost. But turns out the pool was broken and heating it would have caused a big issue. When the filter turned on by itself, it started to leak. I informed Vacasa (via phone, text and letter at check-out) of the leak but didn't get a response. I did turn the filter off to stop the leaking despite not wanting to touch any of the equipment. We did use the community pool which was nice. We enjoyed the home and would consider staying here again. But choosing a Vacasa property means pack your own coffee, bring your own soap, and don't expect accommodating service to offset for a mishap like forgetting to ask for a heated pool.

Palm Springs Hideaway

This little condo is in a great location in Palm Springs. It is in close proximity to Mt. San Jacinto which has gorgeous views. The little front and back yards are spacious and nice. Everything is colorful and decorated in the taste of Palm Springs, which was fun. The biggest disappointment was the pool and spa. My husband and I did not see that notice was required to heat the pool and hot tub. It is $50 a day to do so, by the way, which is pretty steep just to have a warm place to swim and soak if you ask me. The Vacasa staff assisted us with adding to our reservation after the fact which was nice, and the property manager did call and walk us though switching on the heat. However, we had heat for one day out of three on the hot tub. We used it once, left to go out and came back to it being stone cold, although we left the heat on. Not sure if someone from the property switched it off, but nothing we could do would fix it. We reached out to Vacasa and the property manager to no avail, so we spent our trip without really being able to use the pool and spa, which let's face it, is a huge draw of Palm Springs.... For that reason, I say be cautious of this listing.

VERY nice property!

As for real suggestions…Kitchen sink faucet needs adjustment. Could have fixed it but did not have tools. Quality of cooking utensils, pans, etc, could be improved. Glazed shower tiles on shower floors were exceedingly dangerous. Guest bath shower pressure was poor. All that being said…GREAT property. TV/ entertainment options, exceptional. Pool, hot tub, lovely. Very very nice property. Thank you for offering and hosting a beautiful home away from home.

Great getaway

Our family had a wonderful time in this town home. Met our needs quite nicely, esp in the area of relaxation and time by the pool. It was spacious and beds were excellent. Kitchen was reasonably well stocked with equipment. Lighting could probably use some improvement - bedside lighting was not working in the master bedroom. And there was little to no evening light source aside from one lamp in the living area.

Great for small family with dogs

Great property with small plunge pool and larger community pool just outside the back gate. Decor in unit is pretty and fun. The living room is very comfortable to hang out in with a great TV and fire place. Pool is small and beautiful. Spa heats up easily, but bubble jets do not appear to work. Back gate is very hard to open. Would not recommend the plunge pool to a person who might need railing to get in and out of as there is no railing and spa is harder to access because of that as well. Yard surrounding property is very private, well maintained, and offers many options for hanging out with company or a great book. Cute walkable neighborhood.

Amazing Property

I have rented many properties around the country and this was by far one of the best. The separate outdoor spaces were just incredible. The house was very spacious and had such a fun vibe to it. Everything was clean and well taken care of. I strongly recommend renting this home!
