Never let children unattended in the pool area. \*It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be removed from stands when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to being knocked over from wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee (approximately $100 to replace). \*Cleaning supplies can be in places that are easily accessed by children (usually stored under sinks in kitchen and bathrooms). Please take caution. \*Backyard is close to neighbors so staying within noise ordinance is very important! \*The home is near the airport path so noise can be heard at times, but usually only when the occasional military jets takes off from the Palm Springs international airport. I’ve been here before and brought my friends this time. The pool was lovely and everything was very comfortable. Since I’ve been here before I brought along a roll of blue painters tape and put a strip along the step down to the living room and dining room. The step is hard to see. The decor suited us perfectly, so slightly retro but modern at the same time. The only problem was that the hot tub never heated up when we went out in the evening.
