The Space: City ID # 002476 One look at the gorgeous backyard and patio with its sparkling inground pool and spa and lush flora and fauna, and you’ll immediately see yourself lounging poolside with a cool drink in your hand, soaking up the plentiful California sun. With ample seating options, you can choose sun or shade whether you’re enjoying an outdoor meal at the built-in barbeque complete with bar and sink or gathering around the firepit for a cozy evening under the stars. Enjoy beautiful views of the nearby mountains day or night, and if you want to get up close and personal, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is just a 15-minute drive from the home. Take a scene transport over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. You’ll be under 10 minutes to downtown Palm Springs where endless shops, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife options await you for a full day of exploration. Indoors, the open floor plan blends living and dining together, creating a space made for entertaining. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and loveseat facing a smart TV where you can easily stream all your favorites during morning or evening downtime.
