« This unit was very clean and well laid out. I like that the kitchen was opened up by moving the part of the cabinets that nornaly stuck out to against the wall. Makes ot feel more open and larger. Lots of games and beach items in unit. Only recomendation would be room darkening curtains in the back bedrooms as they halway lights outside the rooms are very bright. »

« Our condo was one of the best we've had anywhere & we've been to almost all southern beaches. We were there for a family wedding, and were so pleased with the Avalon. Having chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. that we could check out at the desk was a real plus. The parking garage had plenty of spaces for us. « We were only there for 2 nights but we had a great time. Everybody loved the view and the location couldn't be beat. It was very well stocked with beach toys which we made use of. Enjoyed the pool and hottub. Comfy beds and lots of pillows. We would definitely stay there again. »

« Convenience was key and this condo hit the spot! It was spacious and we loved the view from the balcony. The beds however were not comfortable, and the ceiling in the bathroom leaked and partially fell down onto toilet (I reported to maintenance line). There was a towel on the blinds in the bedroom when we arrived (we assume to help with light from sunrise?). Overall, we loved the stay though and left our remaining supplies for the next guest - paper plates, trash bags, toilet paper, bottled...

« Clearwater Beach and The JW Marriott was awesome from the time we arrived until we left. The hospitality, location and views are amazing, along with the amazing suite we had, the pool and beach area. It was an easy check-in, the front desk personnel are awesome, parking was great and the rooms were clean and spacious. The view was amazing. I loved the fact that the beach was so close. « My daughter and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. The condo was in a perfect location with 2 restaurants attached to the building-Mad Beach Poke and Sweet Brewnette's. Mad Beach Poke was very good. We didn't get a chance to try Sweet Brewnette's. There were many restaurants within walking distance. The beach access was right across the street.
