"My group and I were looking for a place to accommodate 22 people which can be quite hard to do. We spoke with Joe about the extra guests we would have and he was super accommodating about it! Noting also that this place is HUGE. With a group our size, there were plenty of extra beds that could be set up! The amenities were even bigger in person! The pool was huge and although my group rented this home for Coachella music festival weekend, no one wanted to get ready because we wanted to stay in...

"Wow! The perfect place for our group of 6 adult couples. Allowed us our own spaces/ bathrooms but even better gave us space to convene , relax, laugh and dine. Al fresco dining on the patio was incredible and we hired a private chef one night who stated it was the best equipped VRBO he has seen in the area. Joe our host was great and so easy to work with attentive to our every wish. Our only regret is we wish we could have stayed longer and should not have planned as many activities as everyone...

"The estate was perfect for our group. Plenty of room with many activities for everyone. The house was clean and more or less well maintained. It has seen some wear over the years and not everything is working as it once did but, in general, it was exactly what we hoped it would be. The host (Anna) was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Maintenance was responsive when we needed something, in our case a fire pit key. I highly recommend this location."

"We had a great experience with this property! It’s in a great location in Palm Desert. The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked… not the most up to date decor but it was very comfortable. The heated pool and hot tub were a bonus! We hope to stay here again!"
