Inside there is lots of room to relax with a large open kitchen with a Subzero fridge and opens up to the cozy lounge and breakfast bar as well as to the pool table and games area. There are 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms to ensure a comfortable stay! Outdoor Heater: Outdoor heaters are available to rent for $75/heater which includes 1 can of propane. Please reach out if interested. \*\*Cancellation policy for Festivals (Coachella weekend 1 and 2 as well as Stagecoach): Reservations are non refundable after booking.
