The best parts were the cleanliness, all the outdoor spaces, and the distance to the beach. I took off one star for the neighborhood only because it takes a bit to get out of the "vacation home area" and just find a simple store. The layout of this 4 bedroom/4 full bath allowed for everyone to have their own private space. The elevator made transporting luggage, groceries and the occasional shopping spree easy. Although the beach was within walking distance, we spent most of our days in the pool, which was very private. The house was clean and well equipped with all essentials. Love the area and everything about it. The house is an easy 3 minute walk to the beach. We have stayed at cinnamon Beach 3 times now, twice in the condos and once in serendipity. The house was amazing and has an elevator that isn't listed. There are Beach chairs, floats, wake boards, wagon, and other Beach toys in the garage. The owners have certainly expended effort to decorate and maintain the house. Appreciated the bikes, bodyboards, and pool toys too! I would definitely recommend the property without hesitation. My only suggestion for improvement is to allow visitors to heat the hot tub. We would've paid more to have had the option. We look forward to the opportunity to return next year! ##### Lance O.
