No community neighbors, no shared pool, just you & your guests enjoying the peace and relaxation all in the comfort of this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home. Upon entering you will first notice how open and welcoming this home is. Private dining area for six along with a kitchen nook area with same seating, open kitchen to view living room, dining room and outdoor entertainment. Our kitchen features everything you would probably have in your own home. Primary bedroom is airy and spacious with king size bed and large primary bathroom with dual vanities, walk in shower, beautiful separate tub and large closet. Guest bedroom 1 offers a queen bed, Guest bedroom 2 offers 2 twin beds. Both share a bathroom with walk in shower with suitable access to the pool area. Utility room with full size washer and dryer, garage space for parking, 3 bicycles and plenty of beach items for use. Our favorite area is the large outdoor space featuring a covered area for BBQ grilling and seating for six. We also provide a tv for outdoor entertainment. Beautiful pool with rounds this home out to be the perfect vacation rental home! All tv's feature Roku and local cable, Wi-Fi provided. Plenty of DVD's and family games. Located just 11.8 miles from the center of Flagler Beach this home features everything you need for a short getaway or a snowbird retreat. We are conveniently situated with nearby golf courses (closest one is only 1.3 miles), plenty of shopping (Publix is 2.2 miles). This rental makes the perfect day trip to several attractions! Conveniently located just 45 minutes north of downtown Daytona Beach, 45 minutes south to downtown St. Augustine and 90 minutes to Disney World! Answers to Frequently Asked Questions: No pets allowed, sorry! The maximum occupancy of this unit is 6 persons. No RV's, trailers, boats, or motorhomes are allowed on site. The unit has a keyless entry feature. Garage door remote inside the unit. While the pool is not heated, it does receive quite a bit of sun. The surface color of the pool will also keep heat in. Please note that the waterfall is not functioning. While this unit is new to VRBO, The Selby Group is not. We are a local Real Estate & Property Management company and have several vacation rentals listed on VRBO as a premiere host. Everything was nicely labeled and many extras that are provided. The pool in the back was probably my kids favorite spot and where we ate most of our meals. The pool was absolutely fantastic and provided a serene atmosphere. However, I must bring to your attention a discrepancy regarding the fence. In the listing photos, a wooded fence was depicted, but upon arrival, we noticed it had been replaced with chain link. Unfortunately, this compromised the privacy of the pool area as the neighbor's window now overlooks it. Despite this issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found it to be a fantastic getaway. The house is beautiful, with an outdoor screened in pool with waterfall that makes for a perfect getaway. The house has all that you could need for a fun family vacation or relaxing adult getaway. The beds are comfortable, the house is beautifully decorated and kept very clean. The property manager is quick to respond and goes out of her way to ensure the guests have what they need or answer any questions. The neighborhood is quiet and I felt very safe. The location is great to visit local attractions - both St Augustine and Daytona Beaches are within a half hour or so drive. We loved Mantanza’s beach for swimming and local Flagler beach, 15 min drive, has great restaurants! Our favorite is Oceanside, the fish tacos and frozen drinks can’t be beat. Jul 19, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Palm Coast with Beautiful Backyard Pool & Neighborhood Home is great for families with split floor plan and plenty of room with a large comfy couch. Beds are comfortable and home is very clean and well appointed with a fire place. The backyard was screened in with a nice pool with waterfall feature and patio lights/lush landscaping. TVs are in all the rooms, and backyard as well; Weber grill. While we had no issues, management was easy to communicate with prior to our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal with quality appliances. Our only grievance was not having soap, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms. Also bring dishwasher/washing machine pods. It seems like a small expense to save the client a trip to the store. We forgot to bring some even though multiple reviews mentioned it. Our mistake, but not a big deal since there is a Publix nearby. Otherwise, our family was very comfortable. 40 min for St. Augustine, less than 20 min to Flagler Beach. Make sure to check out Washington Oaks Park & Beach. Beautiful spots less than 20 min away. We had lunch one day at JTs Seafood Shack and it was delicious. Also, the Portuguese baked goods (pastel de nata) at Delicias of Portugal Cafe & Bakery on Kings Road were out of this world. ##### Daniel L. Disney and Sea World, oh, and Universal just a hour and half down 95\. The home is well appointed, very clean, with beachy decor. So we’ll appointed, from beach stuff and bikes to kitchen gear to towels and blankets. The beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Nice quiet location with a very private backyard. The patio and pool were delightful. 15 minutes to the beach , 40 min to St Augustine, lots of parks. Excellent restaurants within 10 to 30 min. Great area!
