This lovely home at 127 Cimmaron Dr. Palm Coast, Florida is situated on the banks of the Intracoastal Waterway, offering stunning views and easy access to the water. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests - only 10 adults. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room with large windows overlooking the pool and the water. The open-concept design flows seamlessly into the dining area and fully-equipped chef's kitchen, making it easy to entertain friends and family. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, offering a variety of beds, with comfortable mattresses and plenty of storage space for your belongings. One of the highlights of this vacation rental is the outdoor space. Step to a large screened-in lanai with a private new pool (heated with a separate daily fee), Hot-tub - perfect for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine. There's also a covered patio area with a grill, coffee table and two loungers. As you step outside to the back yard, few steps will take you right to the dock, paddle board, kayak, fish or boat, or simply chill on the bench to soak the sun and watch boats go by on the Intracoastal Waterway. When you're ready to explore, you'll find plenty to do in the Palm Coast area. The pool ( which we paid to have heated ) stayed a solid 85 degrees even with a couple mornings of 40 degrees. The house was clean. Honestly we have rented a half dozen properties down in Florida and this was the cleanest one we have stayed at. The host stayed in contact and really cared about our family and making sure if we needed anything to reach out. One of the first properties you could really tell they cared about it and it wasn’t just owned by a property management company! ##### Ryan D. This property is immaculately clean and presents beautifully. Absolutely everything you might need regarding kitchen equipment was at the ready, right down to coffee filters and a potato peeler for Thanksgiving sweet potatoes. We brought our own spices, of course! Owner correspondence / responsiveness was almost instantaneous. The water craft (double kayak and paddle board), hot tub, and quite neighborhood were HUGE highlights for us. ##### Patricia F. The highlight was the pool overlooking the saltwater canal. We even saw some dolphins while kayaking. The house itself has an inviting and spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen and grill, the mattresses were very comfortable, ensuring restful night after a long day of adventures. The location was ideal for us, we enjoyed St. Augustine at night and even surfed at Flagler Beach early am. I highly recommend this vacation home for anyone seeking a beautiful and tranquil getaway with plenty of nearby activities to enjoy.
