Unit 721, an owner’s masterpiece. No stone left un-turned in this exquisite property. Recently remodeled, from beds to kitchenware to furnishings throughout the property! When entering the property, you will be greeted by gorgeous wood look tile through the main living space, which leads to jaw dropping views of the Atlantic Ocean. The waves seem so close you could touch them right off the balcony, while relaxing on the lounge chairs or at the extra-large dining table. You can even see and hear the ocean from the beautifully decorated living room and dining room. The plush King Master Suite invites with elegant linens and decor, not to mention the enormous picture window as you drift off to sleep or roll out of bed to the incredible sunrises off the water. The second KING BEDROOM, unique to vacation rentals, resides towards the center of the unit. This room offers a private en-suite full bath for extra privacy. We were looking for a pet friendly property and we found this unit available for the week our kids had off for Spring Break. The closed community is super well maintained, the apartment was top notch. The beach was a bit cold for us, and be aware there are big rocks near the shore, which you don't see in high tide. Our dog loved the beach, and to our sruprise this was a super super oriented "pets welcomed" community and beach!!! That was a very big plus!!!! Also, St. Agustine is just 30min drive, if you wish to explore the surrounding. The neighborhood is very nice. Would highly recommend for families with kids and pets!! ##### Alejandro S.
