We have gone to great lengths to make sure your getaway spent here is wonderful. EVERYTHING is NEW and of the finest quality. We have furnished and Stocked this house as it it were a year round primary home .The kitchen is stocked to prepare any meal.There is a dining table in the kitchen as well as the Dining room. . The living area has a smart t.v. With cable. The sunroom located off the kitchen overlooks the pool and has a t.v to enjoy, as well as a XBOX 360 for the kids. Both the master bedroom and bedroom with double beds has a t.v. The third bedroom has a queen bed and access to the bathroom. The pool area has a dining table, lounge chairs, and a wicker set. A gas grill is also located by the pool. Please enjoy the pool toys by the pool .. We also have a baby crib, and highchair to use. Located in the garage are some bikes & helmets to enjoy the nearby bike trails and a air hockey table for some fun. we also have beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and a cooler for you to use on those lazy beach days. The house was great and clean with the exception of the queen size bedroom comforter smelling like pee. The pool area was nice except it had spider webs in many areas and around the back door. After the 4th day the water level on the pool started receiving and the pool guy came to clean it and noticed that it was at least a foot low and below the skimmer.The water from the house to the pool was turned off and he could not fill it. The bedrooms are separated from each other and very spacious. We loved the heated saltwater pool! Gaming console and Roku were great for younger kids. There is no beach access from this neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable, plenty of towels to use, Air Conditioning worked great and kitchen was stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils etc… We weren’t sure what to expect, with it being a pet friendly home ( which is why we booked), but there wasn’t the slightest hint of any pet odor, pet hair or damage. The house is so spread out that everyone got a little privacy (2 teens along so that is important lol). The kitchen was well stocked for what we needed with plenty of storage for our own things as well. We had hot water for all of us to take showers which was awesome! All of the beds were super comfortable. The salt water pool was icing on the cake! Would definitely come back. The location is close to the beach but in a very quiet neighborhood which was great. Would highly recommend Crescent Beach! It was our fave. Flagler is good for shells but so hard to walk on as it’s so soft you sink in like 3-4 inches throughout the beach and water, not just in the dunes. The location was great and the heated pool worked perfectly (there’s nothing like swimming in the pool at the end of December). Very comfortable sleeping arrangements and beautiful layout. The kids had plenty to do from biking, swimming and games provided by the host. We extended our stay which was worth it.
