The family room is designed for relaxed evenings together, featuring a 65" smart TV, comfortable leather sofa, and armchair. Before departing, Please do the Following: \- Please ensure you have all your personal belongings, including chargers, jewelry, passports, etc. We recommend checking closets, drawers, under beds, and bathrooms. \- Please place used dishes in the dishwasher and start a cycle. \- Please leave any food items in the refrigerator — our housekeeping team will handle the cleanup. \- Please DO NOT remove bed linens — our professional team will care for all bedding and preparations. \- If you wish to assist, starting a load of towels would be greatly appreciated (but is not required). \- Ensure that all lights are switched off and that all windows are securely closed. \- Please place all trash in the outdoor receptacles. \- If you travel with pets, please remove any waste from the property grounds. \- If you used the grill, a light clean would be appreciated. Once you have checked out, we kindly ask you to send us a brief message to confirm your departure. List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, and hand soap. Also included are beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, make-up towels, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Combo Keurig coffee machine and coffee station. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps, and foil paper. Other Things to Note: After you have reserved your stay, please be advised that we will be sending you a rental agreement to sign through our system. This agreement MUST be signed in order to confirm your stay and receive your check-in instructions. The pool heater is available for $50 per day $287 per week, or $200 weekly for multi-week stays. Please make sure to let us know ahead of time if you would like to add the pool heater to your stay. If the Propane tank for the gas grill is empty, you can exchange it at any Publix Supermarket. The golf cart was great to drive to the beach at the end of the road, and the pool was refreshing for our time at the house. The yard is fully fenced-in and was secure for our pets. The driveway accommodates 2 full-sized vehicles. It is on a very quiet street and the neighbors were friendly also. We had 5 adult family members, so the home was a perfect size for us, though we were out exploring most of the time. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The master bedroom does have a chest for clothing, though the other two bedrooms did not. There is plenty of closet space though. We didn’t do any cooking while there, but the kitchen is well equipped. There’s multiple local restaurants we enjoyed as well as coffee shops. It’s a great home and location, we had no complaints. The kitchen had all the utensils and cleaning supplies including sponges and towels, dishes etc. The house was very clean, well taken care of. The bathrooms were very nice clean grout etc. Maybe odd of me to mention but I hate going to a rental and the pics look good and in person there is mucky caulking or dirty baseboards, this place did not have that. All the supplies in the home help make it easy to keep clean after ourselves. I'm a mom and even on vacation Im cleaning, I take pride in my own things and especially in someone else's property. The pool although small and warm from the Florida heat, was nice for the kids to swim in since we were not beach front. The beach was a short golf cart ride or car ride down the street. It was a little odd having to drive over the grass to park on the driveway, but not a complaint, just a heads up. I felt like I was breaking a law! There was plenty of pool floats, beach boards to enjoy. It was very comfortable with my family of 4 and my mother and brother visiting. We were able to see a space launch at the public beach down the street while we were there. one of the neighbors says they can do them every few days or so or that there's launches periodically. It was a nice surprise to be able to catch that! Kennedy Space center was just 1.5 hours away as well. We would definitely go there again!! ##### Vatsana P. We spent Thanksgiving week in Palm Coast to visit family, and we were beyond impressed with this property. The house is even more spacious than the photos suggest, offering plenty of room for relaxation. It was beautifully furnished with thoughtful touches throughout, including a coffee bar, laundry supplies, a grill, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. The addition of the golf cart was a wonderful perk, making it easy and fun to get to the beach. While we didn't have the chance to use the pool, it looked inviting and well-maintained. Alina, the host, was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed. We would love to return and highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area. ##### Dave m. We stayed with our four kids (teens/pre-teen) and our pup and there was something to do for everyone. First, the property is just simply relaxing and beautiful. Everything you need is there for you. We enjoyed easy daily walks to the beach and around the neighborhood, the golf cart quick trips down there as well! Secondly, Neighbors were friendly! The location provided was an easy drive to everything we wanted see and do while we were there, including a day in Orlando, St. Augustine and even Cape Canaveral. Restaurants and groceries are an easy and short drive away! It was so hard to leave this vacation! Lastly, the property was clean and well-equipped for us to cook our own meals and to relax on the pool or front porch. ##### Paula S. No one was ready to leave. The pool was perfect and the close proximity to the beach was great. Our family is too big for everybody to fit on the golf cart but it worked out perfectly. The beach gear rode in the car the with me and the kids took the cart with dad and mom’s car isn’t full of sand.
