The property is located within the gated PGA National Resort, home the Honda Classic on the PGA Tour. There are beautiful parks within the community and great restaurants are just minutes from the property. Juno Beach is a 9 minute drive and is one of the best beaches in South Florida with free parking. West Palm Beach is a 15 minute drive from the property; walk the famous Worth Avenue in West Palm Beach or take a 5 minute drive to the Gardens Mall (Indoor and Outdoor). The outlet mall is located off Hwy 95 and is only 10 minutes from the property. Palm Beach International Airport (PBI) is 15 minute away. Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL) is 45 minute away. Great shopping, food, and beaches await your stay.
There is free parking within the gated community next to the property.
Pets that are above 25 pounds are strictly prohibited by the PGA community. If you wish to bring a pet, you must include a pet at the time of booking. I do charge a pet fee. Certified Emotional Support or Service Animals are except from this restriction.
The Property is Licensed by the State of Florida as Public Lodging Establishment for Transient Occupancy.
Guests have access to the entire property including the community pool, they do not have access to the PGA National Resort pool or the PGA Golf Courses.

#### Excellent property - clean and newly updated!
This property was perfect for our 5-night stay with our family of 5\. Before arrival, management provided details on how to check in, access WiFi, and local places to visit in addition to other details. When we walked in, it was even nicer than the photos online. It was cleaned to perfection, and the appliances and furniture were all brand new and in excellent condition. We have no complaints about the property at all. Tons of parking, view of the golf course. It’s on the first floor so I was a little worried about noise from upstairs but it was minimal. We would absolutely stay here again!

This home is exactly as it appears in the photos. Everything was clean and of high quality. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in, if one wishes. There is a Publix a short drive away and numerous excellent restaurants close by. The location is excellent, walking distance to the PGA Resort.
