STRICTLY ENFORCED: The property can accomodate up to 11 guests comfortably. No more than 4 cars parked on property per guest stay. Please do not park across the street, on neighbor's lawns or block driveways! $500 fee will be assessed if guest is found in violation of these terms. When we first arrived I noticed right away the pictures on the VRBO.com had not been updated in some time. The yard was not at all well maintained as the pictures show. Some interior design has been changed also. When we got there there was something gross on the counter we had to clean up, the pool was a mess, and we didn’t have any items such as garbage bags, dishwasher pods, hand soaps or enough toilet paper that we had to buy ourselves. Some cleaning on doors and walls and carpets could be used as well. The grill was full of mold also. ##### LaTaynia C. My family and I stayed here the night before our cruise and it was beautiful! The back yard was absolutely perfect and we took full advantage of it. They had kids toys and even a pack and play set up for my twins (who share bed space). The house was super clean and had complimentary bathroom stuff ! ##### G G. Had everything you could possibly think of! Even a bunch of stuff for children and babies to play with and to use. Very quick to respond to any questions, and super helpful with anything needed at the property. Location was awesome, plenty of restaurants, stores, etc. The house itself is huge with plenty of space. The weather wasn’t really agreeing with us so the pool was pretty cold, but we still used it. Nice and clean. The only downside was finding some stains on towels and blankets, leftover stuff from past renters in drawers, just seems like the cleaning crew doesn’t go in depth to clean as they should. Also bekommst Du genau das, was Du vorher gesehen hast – und der Stil ist eben etwas außergewöhnlich und individuell; sicherlich kein Mainstream. Ein paar Sachen könnten besser gepflegt sein; die Voliere um den Pool hat ein paar Löcher, die Fliegengittertür zum Pool ist fällig, die Küche könnte ein Update bekommen und die Fugen und Fließen im Badezimmer besser gereinigt sein. „Vertrauenssache“ sind die Gewürze und sonstige Zutaten, die der ein oder andere Gast dem nächsten Gast überlässt. An sich ein guter Ansatz – jedoch sollte einer sich mal die Mühe machen alle abgelaufenen / verfallenen Produkte mal auszusortieren. Internet ist wirklich gut und schnell. Auch der TV-Service ist sehr gut. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Palm Bay kommen würden wir auch wieder mieten – das sagt doch auch schon viel! ##### Matthias W. We have an almost 2 year old and having all the added amenities for her was fantastic. Everything was clean and comfortable. The street noise was a little loud, as were the dogs next door, but the room we stayed in blocked a lot of that out because it was in the back of the home. The property manager was very nice and very accessible. We had no problems during our stay. The house was clean and comfortable and my grandsons enjoyed the pool. There was shopping near-by so we could get what we needed. If we are in the area again and didn’t care that we weren’t by the ocean, I would definitely see if this house was available.
