The house has an adjustable beds and private bathrooms for each bedroom. You will enjoy multiple outdoor seating areas, an outdoor kitchen and fishing in the stocked pond. Our home is situated on the back of our 8 acre property overlooking our pond. It is new construction featuring modern rustic decor for a comfortable, cozy feel. Guests have access to the property around the house and pond. We will respect their space and privacy. The cottage was a great size, and spacious with beautiful decoration and furniture. Great updated appliances, fireplace (used the lights for ambiance, TV with Direct TV and internet) the internet is a little slower but to be expected being out in the country. The fishing pond was great entertainment for some to catch and release, there were several big fish! The bbq pit was helpful in grilling hamburgers for the family. We will definitely be back when visiting family in the area. ##### Gary C. Close to the town but far away to feel truly relaxed. My family was there for the Polar Express train ride but had plenty to in the house in our downtime too.
