The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, a few steps from Corso Vittorio Emanuele near the Cathedral.
Located on the second floor (without elevator) of a very quiet building in a family context.
The area is very quiet, despite being in the center with many bars and restaurants nearby.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Palerme dans l'appartement de Teo et Rossella idéalement placé à deux pas de la Cathédrale et à 15 mn de la gare centrale. Nous avons rayonné vers tous les sites et quartiers d'intérêt, toujours à pied. Très bonne communication avec l'hôte et son représentant sur place.Nous aimerions revenir. Merci pour tout.

I love Palermo

The flat is in the heart of the city. Convenient for visiting the city. Very quiet with a terrace offering an unobstructed view of the roofs of Palermo and the church towers. We were welcomed by Andrea, who gave us lots of useful addresses. Communication with the owner Teo was easy. highly recommended

The rooftop terrace was great! Totally makes the property. And the location was very Central.The key carrier was very helpful getting us to the unit and checked in. Unit was very clean. My only comment is the kitchen needs to be resupplied.

Fabulous Location

Teo and Rosalie were amazing! They were extremely helpful in giving us advice as to things to do in Palermo and assisting to get a driver for a very early flight. The flat was very clean and comfortable. It is 4 flights up, but we knew there was no elevator. Our flight was delayed and they had someone there to meet us. There is an awesome terrace. We watched fireworks from the Cathedral one night. It is close to wonderful restaurants and historic city center. I would definitely stay there again!

Comfortable hideaway

Very comfortable apartment right in the historic center of Palermo yet tucked away in a quiet spot. Roof terrace is a great bonus. Note it is accessed via a narrow staircase but we had no problem using it.

Great location

We stayed for three nights.We took a prebooked transfer from the airport to the apartment. Glad we didn't have a car in the city!The apartment has a spacious bedroom with a compact kitchen and decent sized bathroom.The main attraction is the small roof terrace accessed by a steep set of steps and low headroom. A few contortions required particularly when carrying food and drinks.The location is perfect for walking Palermo although 15 minutes walk to the train and bus station.

The property is located in the center of the Old Town but in a quiet location. It has a bonus of a rooftop patio with nice views. Some stairs to get to the property and a funky staircase to the rooftop patio but it’s all worth it. The hosts were great.

Everything good!

All as we expected and hoped. Liked the well equipped kitchen but a kettle would have been good. Hot water and shower - lovely.Had a bit of trouble with the keys.So much to see and do from a very convenient location.

Great location, comfortable apartment with all of the necessities. The rooftop deck is amazing. Easy access to great restaurants like La Galleria and all of the major attractions. Very responsive and accommodating host!

Very nice!

We were very happy with our stay here. This apartment is a comfortable, clean and quiet little spot tucked right in the heart of the historic district. The rooftop patio so wonderful! We spent many evenings soaking in the sights & sounds of the city up there. The kitchen is fully equipped and we had many relaxing meals on the rooftop patio. Check in was easy. Andrea met us at the apartment and Teo also stopped by and they were both very friendly and welcoming.

Best stay in the best city

Great accommodation located in the very heart of the city, which allowed us to visit all the main monuments within a walking distance of 10 minutes. Teo and Rossella have been the best hosts, always smiling and warm welcoming. 10/10 absolutely recommended!
