Apartment equipped with kitchen, renovated, located in Palermo, located in the historic center, in a very convenient position for getting around the city and enjoying it to the fullest, a stone's throw from the Massimo theater and the historic Capo market. Structure equipped with kitchen, bathroom, smart TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fridge, hairdryer and courtesy set, sheets and towels. Among the places of interest nearby you will find within walking distance the Massimo theatre, the historic Capo market, the court, Villa Filippina, the Quattro Canti, the Cathedral, Piazza Castelnuovo, the Pretoria fountain and Via Maqueda. Palermo's Falcone Borsellino airport is 28 km away and is connected by train or comfortable buses that leave every 30 minutes for the city centre. There are also very comfortable and inexpensive shared taxis.  
The structure was born thanks to the union of ideas which, after much work, led to the creation of an ideal place to make known the beloved Palermo.  
Apartment located in the historic center of Palermo where the ancient city walls are located, a few meters from the Teatro Massimo and the historic Capo market. Neighborhood equipped with all comforts and services, from the market full of typical Sicilian foods to the largest theater in Italy. In the surrounding area there are many places where you can taste the best Sicilian food. Very quiet area where you can walk and experience the city, near the structure there are: pubs, restaurants, pharmacies, green spaces, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more. Our facility is located outside the restricted traffic zone.
