L’hôtel est bien placé proche du centre et des restaurants pour manger le soir. Nous avons trouvé des places gratuites pour nous garer en face de l’hôtel chaque soir. Le personnel est très agréable. En revanche, nous avons été réveillé par le bruit dans les couloirs chaque matins et un cafard se baladait dans notre chambre, le robinet de la salle de bain était cassé. Enfin, le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles.

Bel hôtel cossu Personnel accueil très gentil Quelques points à améliorer : pas de glace grossissante dans la salle de bains, absence de tablette pour poser les produits et trousses de toilettes, toilettes dans la salle de bains et non à part, et hôtel très sonore.... Tous les bruits sont audibles... Avons passé 24 h à l'hôpital... Un petit geste commercial aurait été le bienvenu...

Hotel interessant. Chambre bien agencée et comfortable. Salle de bains taille petit-moyenne mais bien agencée aussi. Belle fenetre sur rue calme. Deco design et pas chargee, agreable. La salle de petit dej pourrait un peu plus design et animee (eclairage, musique, etc). Le choix de petit dej juste, mais ça fait l'affaire. Mais le caffe (capuccino) pourrait etre mieux. L'acceuil super. Tout le monde tres géntil avec de bon information. Quartier central et residential de standing. A cote de bons magazines. A 15 min a pied du centre storique, opera, etc. Bon quartier pour arriver en voiture.

Bel hotel et idealement place.
Tres bel hotel dans un quartier ideal (proche de la place Politeama, d'ou partent et arrivent les bus pour l'aeroport et pour Mondello). Je regrette le fonctionnement rudimentaire et quelque peu dangereux du monte-charge. J'ai prefere par la suite utiliser les escaliers pour descendre mes bagages. Le pommeau de douche, fixe fuyait aussi. La poussiere sur le miroir de la salle de bain n'etait pas faite jusqu'en haut (ce qu'on constatait apres avoir pris une douche). Un des stores occultant etait coince en haut. Tous ces petits details peut etre sans grande importance, nuisent un peu au standing de l'hotel qui est pourtant superbe. Le petit dejeuner etait copieux et varie.

Un hôtel dont le personnel est charmant et très disponible pour donner de multiples renseignements. Le décor est magnifique à la fois design et mélangeant meubles et tableaux anciens et modernes (les toiles de Simona Cavaglieri, notamment). La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et d'une grande propreté. Une excellente adresse à Palerme dans les quartiers résidentiels non loin du coeur historique.

Superbe hôtel pour un week end
Ma premiere impression a été très bonne: lobby propre et superbe, très jolie salle avec bibliothèque et fauteuils, oeuvres d'art dans tous les coins, chambre comfortable et très propre. Ma seule déception aura été la salle de bain, étriquée, et la douche dans un état qui laissait un peu à désirer - tout était très propre et cela na pas remis en cause notre séjour, mais je m'attendais à mieux au vue du reste de l'hôtel.L'emplacement est idéal et les personnes à l'accueil nous ont beaucoup aidé en nous proposant des restaurants excellents et des excursions. Je recommande!

Hôtel de qualité dans un quartier agréable aux abords du centre historique de Palerme. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et sympathique, maîtrise l'anglais et certains parlent même le français. Je conseille aussi le restaurant, qui propose une très bonne cuisine locale.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Hotel bien situé, la qualité de l'accueil et du conseil dispensé par Hélène, en charge du front desk, fait la différence. C'est elle qui rend le séjour particulièrement agréable. Mauvaise note finale avec le chasseur qui se contente de déposer le véhicule sans même proposer d'aider à charger les valises ni bonjour ni au revoir...surprenant et dommage!

I stayed here for three weeks. The staff upgraded my room to one with a balcony, which is great to have-- but both rooms were very nice. The beds are very comfortable, though I do wish they had black-out curtains. The staff was very helpful in assisting me in finding services I needed to fully enjoy my stay in Palermo. The housekeeping staff was diligent and friendly, greatly enjoyed them. I don't usually eat breakfast at hotels, but I did here. The buffet was simple but had something for everyone: eggs, meat, some lovely sweet treats, and great coffee. Even though it was a buffet, the server was always present and happy to get whatever you wanted. The location is quiet--but very, very close to the historic center. I enjoyed the short walk, and i also enjoyed the proximity to more 'local ' cafés, etc. I would be happy to stay here again.

The hotel room was a great surprise. It was definitely comfortable with really nice beds and linens. There were duvets on the bed. The bathroom was not large but it was fine. And the breakfast offered was fine even though the room was very hot. The only bad thing about the hotel was the €100 taxi ride from the Palermo airport. we walked to one of the squares and enjoyed a nice dinner

This was the worst four-star hotel I've ever been
This was the worst four-star hotel I've ever been to. although the reception was nice, from the outside and the common areas looked good, but the service was terrible, the staff didn't even see us, the breakfast was very poor, but the worst thing was the cleanliness. There was a terrible smell in the room and mold in the shower. This is Deluxe room in 4-star hotel.

hotel situated just behind designer stores if you like that sort of thing. room itself was comfortable but not too fancy. did the job perfectly as it was within walking distance of town centre yet far enough away from hustle and bustle. staff were excellent
