The living room features 1 double sofabed measuring 140 cm, a television, and a fan, with direct exit to the veranda. The apartment includes 1 double bedroom equipped with a fan for your comfort. The kitchen and living room combination is outfitted with a gas stove featuring 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. This area also provides exit to the veranda. The bathroom is complete with a shower, bidet, and WC. The apartment offers a partial view of the sea, the mountains, and the resort from its terrace.

During your vacation at "Happy House", you will have access to a private patio with terrace furniture and a conservatory. The property welcomes pets, with a maximum of 1 pet or dog allowed. Heat is available through gas heating with a boiler of 80 litres capacity, though heating is available only from 01.12\. to 31.03 and is not available in all rooms. You can enjoy television during your stay. The apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 guests and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.
