It features an open, spacious living/dining area that includes a double sofa bed, a dining table, a digital TV, and air conditioning. This area leads out to a terrace. There is one double bedroom with its own bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and toilet, as well as air conditioning. Additionally, there is a room with two beds (80 cm). The kitchen is open-plan and comes with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.

It has a terrace measuring 15 square meters, which is partly roofed and furnished with outdoor furniture. The terrace offers views of the sea and the port.
