COD.IUN:R6518 In the splendid setting of Porto Pollo, overlooking the beautiful Piazzetta del Borgo, we rent a new, spacious three-room apartment with separate entrance, newly renovated and tastefully furnished. The exposure of the apartment on each side, the numerous views with a view, and the large French windows make this property very bright and cool even during the hottest hours of the day. The apartment on the first floor is composed of: independent access terrace, entrance, large living room with open kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with shower, large terrace. The living area consists of a large living room with double sofa bed, TV cabinet, dining table and kitchen with all comforts, which leads to the beautiful covered terrace overlooking the central square of the village. The terrace with a large loggia equipped with barbeque, rocking, wooden table and chairs makes this outdoor space enjoyable at any time of the day, for simple moments of relaxation or convivial lunches and dinners. The first double bedroom is very large and consists of a double bed with storage, 2 bedside tables, a wardrobe with 6 doors, a large dresser coffered. The second bedroom, also double, furnished with wardrobe with sliding doors, and two twin beds, and can be used to accommodate both 2 children / friends and a couple. The large and spacious bathroom is equipped with bathroom and shower. The apartment is furnished by young owners, with details designed to make this home comfortable and familiar even for long periods of stay. The property is completed by an unassigned parking space, although the numerous car parks dedicated to the guests of the Borgo allow parking very easily. The apartment, located in the heart of the village of Porto Pollo, is also the ideal destination for families with children given the tranquility of the place. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, auch wenn es kein Sat-TV, sondern nur italienische und französische Sender gibt. Zum Surfstrand sind es nur ein paar Gehminuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder. ##### Rainer G. ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Inga M. 14 oct. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Tolle zentral gelegene geräumige Wohnung Wir haben erneut diese Wohnung gemietet, weil sie in einer unheimlich schönen Anlage zentral gelegen ist. Uns gefällt die Beleuchtung und Bepflanzung in dieser Anlage so sehr!! Von dem sehr geräumigen, windgeschützten und sonnigen Balkon kann man das lustige Treiben der Kinder, die fröhlich in der Anlage Ticker spielen, bei einem Glas Wein herrlich genießen. Ein nahe gelegener Supermarkt, kostenlose Parkplätze und der riesige Surferstrand in 6 Minuten Fußentfernung sind natürlich ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und freundlich eingerichtet, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, und besitzt jetzt sogar eine Geschirrspülmaschine, was uns sehr überrascht und natürlich gefreut hat. Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlafzimmer und eine sehr bequeme schöne neue Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich. Wir haben auch die Hollywoodschaukel und die schönen Holzmöbel auf dem Balkon/der Terrasse in den Abendstunden sehr genossen. Mit dem Verwalter Gianni vor Ort (telefonisch bzw. per Whatsapp Kontakt - allerdings nur auf italienisch) klappt alles (Ankunft, Abfahrt, Fragen, Hilfe) hervorragend. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten!!! ##### Inga M. The apartment is very clean and in a quiet environment. Importantly, it is close to many beautiful beaches and other nice places. Next to the apartment is also a supermarket where you can find everything you need. We spent a wonderful time in the apartment and it was absolutely great to have the opportunity to have breakfast on the balcony every morning. Manuella is a great host and very supportive.
