Nestled in the fantastic nature of Sardinia, just outside the village of Palau, the studio apartment "Monolocale tra terra e mare" is a short drive from Palau. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and has a living room with a well-equipped kitchen as well as one double bed and can accommodate 2 people. The property is furthermore equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Just 2 small steps away, you will find your beautiful, detached winter garden. Here you can enjoy delicious meals with a glass of wine while looking out over the vegetation of Gallura.

#### Very sweet apartment in quiet location.

Pros: Very cute flat in a quiet location. The living room is framed on 3 sides by large windows, here you can enjoy the wonderful view or look at the stars at night. You can find everything you need in the village 7 minutes away by car. The beaches in the area are beautiful.

#### Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt in dem Appartment sehr angenehm und die im Untergeschoß wohnenden Eige

Pros: Sehr nette Hauswirtin (Paola). Das Appartment liegt in sehr ländlicher, ruhiger Umgebung mit fantastischer Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Für jemanden der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht und keinen großen Wert auf Luxus lebt ist die Unterkunft perfekt. Cons: Das Mobiliar (Bett und Stühle) ist schon deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Zugang zur Wohnung führt nur über eine sehr schmale Wendeltreppe.
