Positioned at the foot of the Bear's Rock, the small district of Borgo dell'Orso, made up of a few real estate units, has always offered its customers relaxing and unforgettable holidays.  
  
It is characterized by its privacy, being a few minutes walk from the Bay of Vena Longa, by its position, thanks to its proximity to the town of Palau and by the possibility of directly reaching neighboring towns and nearby beaches, such as that of the Costa Smeralda, without having to go inside the country.  
  
The apartments that make up the small area of Borgo dell'Orso are characterized by their exceptional sea view, view of the Bear's Rock of Palau and their proximity to the Porto Mannu beach which is located about 1.2km walk from the The apartment is only 3 minutes away by car.  
  
The closest beach which characterizes the entire bay is that of Vena Longa, famous for its fine, golden sand, for its crystal clear water and for its strategic position sheltered from all winds, which makes it possible to experience it even on days of strong mistral.  
  
It is the corner of paradise suitable for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday away from the confusion, noise and traffic of the city.  
Perfect for families and groups of friends who want to spend a beach holiday without having to travel to other locations.  
  
In Porto Mannu you will find services such as a bar, restaurant, dinghy rental and diving center.  
  
We recommend the use of a means of transport as being far from Palau, it will be necessary to travel by car, scooter or electric vehicle to reach all primary services such as supermarkets, pharmacies and various shops.  
Located within the small area of "Borgo dell'Orso", the apartment is characterized by its independence, privacy and large outdoor space.  
It consists of a living room with sofa bed, dining table, TV and separate kitchenette equipped with gas hob, oven and microwave.  
The sleeping area consists of the spacious double bedroom overlooking the rear patio and bathroom with window.  
The terraced house overlooks a large and spacious equipped outdoor patio, partly covered and partly uncovered, with dining table and relaxation area, all surrounded by the splendid sea view of the Bay of Porto Mannu.  
Furthermore, it is possible to enjoy splendid and pleasant breakfasts in the breakfast area under the wrought iron gazebo, facing an enchanting sea view that will give you the sensation of being immersed in the crystalline sea of Sardinia.  
  
The apartment is about 1.2km on foot from Porto Mannu beach and about 3 minutes by car.  
It is located in front of the Bear Rock, a characteristic attraction and symbol of the Palaese panorama.  
Just a 3 minute walk from the apartment you will find the "Bear Rock Cafè", or arriving at the Porto Mannu beach you will find the Porto Mannu Bar and their refreshment point on the beach.  
  
To know:  
\- €300,00 security deposit at check-in with pre-authorisation on credit card;  
\- €20,00 per person for any rental of bed linen and towels in cash (to be reported when booking);  
\- €50,00 extra per animal in cash (to be reported when booking);  
\- €5,00 extra per day for use of air conditioning;
