### Cozy Modern Apartment, 2 Bedrooms, A/C, WiFi, Close to Beach and Center

HUTG (017946). Modern apartment located on the first floor of a completely renovated building. It consists of two bedrooms: a double suite and a double room with two single beds. The living-dining room is very comfortable and has all sorts of last-generation equipment. On the other hand we find a fully equipped american kitchen and, finally, a full bathroom with shower. The accommodation has air conditioning and heating through duct, a lift truck and wifi. Parking is included in the price and, depending on availability, parking spot will be offered in the same building or in a very close building. It is located 100m from the beach and a few meters from the center.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival:
