Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 3-room apartment that measures 55 square meters and is located on the ground floor. The practical furnishings include a living/dining room with satellite TV and an exit to the terrace. There is one room with a single bed measuring 120 cm x 190 cm, and another room with a set of bunk beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm. Additionally, there is a third room with a French bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm, which also has an exit to the terrace.  
  
Amenities Included  
The apartment is well-equipped with a kitchen that features an oven, dishwasher, three induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also has a bathroom/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. The terrace is furnished, and you can enjoy views of the swimming pool and garden from there. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, and free WiFi internet access. A reserved parking space (number 8) is also provided.
