« On nous a proposé à notre arrivée, un surclassement pour 25 euros, nous disons oui, malheureusement plus de surclassement à 25 euros mais il y en a à 35 euros nous disons oui quand même, pour une chambre avec 2 vues et on nous offre l'acces au executive club lounge du 19eme étage. En réalité, les 35 euros étaient par nuit, nous le savons qu'au moment de signer l'acceptation de surclassement, nous avons accepté car nous nous sentions gené de refuser à ce moment donc 105 euros de perdu. Arrivée à...
