El desayuno muy desordenado y servicio muy lento para el café y huevos. Fue mi primera vez en este hotel en Cáceres porque es nuevo pero no pienso en regresarme a este. »

Rather complicated to find and get taxi. No tea/coffee facilities ( or drinking water) in the room. Have stayed in 6 other Paradores on this trip and this is "below standard" compared to all others which were top. »

« This has got to be one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. When we arrived we were directed to a screen outside the hotel to self check in - even though there were two staff on reception. When I complained I was checked in by a member of staff. We had our two dogs with us and access was not easy as there are a lot of dark corridors where the lights are on sensors but do not come on early enough. Because of this I tripped over my dogs lead on the stairs and cut my face »

"Only 15 parking spaces and no advice to book in advance not even mentioned in their mail regarding hotel carpark. Public carpark abt. 8€ by taxi ( parking with hotel reduction abt. 12€). Rather complicated to find and get taxi. No tea/coffee facilities ( or drinking water) in the room. Have stayed in 6 other Paradores on this trip and this is "below standard" compared to all others which were top."

"Les lits étaient confortable. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l accueil chaleureux et joviale de l hôtesse d accueil, qui parle plusieurs langu5e et a pris le temps de nous comprendre malgré le fait que nous ne parlions pas espagnol (ce qui est rare). C étais très propre et peu bruyant. Il y a 2 accès et le parking n'est pas loin (partenariat 10.50€, ce qui est peu cher en Espagne, où le prix des parking souterrain est habituellement scandaleux. La situation géographique est parfaite, on est au porte de la vieille ville et l on dispose de toute les commodités au bas de l'hôtel. Si je devais chipoter, je dirais qu un petit frigo dans la chambre serait top pour permettre aux voyageurs de refroidir leur gourde d eau avant de partir en exploration, mais ce n est qu un détail 😉"
