Podere Torre, located on a hill and surrounded by 26 hectares of olive groves and oak trees, is just a few kilometers from the picturesque village of Palaia. The villa consists of three apartments of various sizes, accommodating up to 12 guests. The property features expansive outdoor spaces, including a barbecue, a semi-enclosed veranda, a pergola for outdoor dining, and a saltwater pool, all ideal for relaxation.

Small ground floor apartment separate entrance, living room, kitchen with oven, refrigerator, one double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, veranda where you can eat.
Second floor apartment large living room with fireplace and air conditioning, large kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and oven, one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, both with air conditioning, one bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Ground floor apartment large living room with dining area and kitchenette with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator, one double bedroom, one large double bedroom with double sofa bed, one bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine, one bathroom with shower. One of the two rooms has a fan placed in the ceiling.

Swimming pool with salt system (10x6 mt - depth from mt 1.20 to 3.00) , furnished green space, semi-enclosed veranda where you can eat, barbecue, free wi-fi internet connection, microwave oven, TV, pergola where you can eat outdoors, private forest where you can go for walks, two horse boxes, parking, pets allowed, mosquito nets, air conditioning in the living room and in the rooms on the second floor (extra cost to be paid locally).


Prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity, final cleaning, linen for rooms and bathrooms (linen change is weekly).
Any consumption of air conditioning / heating is not included in the price and will be payable locally based on consumption.
Upon arrival, customers will have to give a security deposit of € 500.00 which will be returned to them at the end of the stay minus the cost of any damages incurred.

Toddler bed € 30.00 per week.
Extra bed € 80.00 per week.

Upon arrival a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality that hosts you.
