"Milena" is a beautiful single-family house built in 2023, offering a vacation rental with two storeys and a sunny position just 1 km from the sea and beach in Drage, 4 km from Pakoštane. The property spans an impressive 1,700 square meters and boasts a private angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, 32 square meters, depth 150 cm) available seasonally from May 1 to October 31. Enjoy the outdoor shower, hot tub, and a spacious terrace of 70 square meters. Inside, you'll find modern amenities like internet access, a roof terrace, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Parking is available on the premises for up to 5 cars.

The living/dining room on both floors measures 40 square meters and is equipped with satellite TV (flat screen) and air conditioning, with access to a balcony. Each of the four bedrooms features a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and an exit to the balcony. The house has two open kitchens, one on each level, both furnished with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There are two shower/WC bathrooms and two separate WCs.

The property is fully furnished with amenities such as air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV (flat screen) in multiple rooms, jacuzzi bathtub, heating system (forced-air heating available at an extra cost), microwave, and television sets. The maximum capacity of the house is 12 people, with six bedrooms and four bathrooms.
