Close to a palm forest with the new walk and next to supermarkets, shopping centres, bus, banks, restaurants, pubs, etc. Fully equipped with furniture, household goods, electrical appliances (TV with individual and collective satellite dish, radio, fridge, a ceramic hob, a electrical oven, coffee machine, etc.). It has a terrace of 14m, where you see the sea, completeley equipped (hammocks, clothes horse, etc.). Private parking. In the zone, all kinds of water sports can be practised. Küchenzeile. In der Küche ist alles notwendige vorhanden, sogar eine Saftpresse 😉. Das Bad ist hell wegen einer Glaskuppel, das Schlafzimmer geht leider auf die Straße raus, die morgens ziemlich laut ist. Aber es gibt einen geräumigen Balkon mit wunderschönem Meerblick. The property is an upstairs flat which looks across the roofs of others, with the sea in the distance. The flat is quite small, and being keen self caterers, we were not happy to be told at the last minute that the oven wasn't working and hadn't been for some time. In addition we found threadbare towels, very meagre bedlinen, a daily charge of three euros for wifi, and one identifiable wine glass. While the flat in itself was acceptable, we felt that its contents were very poor and that a few additions would have gone to make our stay a lot more pleasant. I wonder how we can avoid the sort of misinformation that led to our booking ! ##### Edmund J. Die Fernbedienungen von Fernseher und Receiver funktionieren nicht und die direkten Einstellungen am Receiver auch nicht. Ich würde vielleicht noch eine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung hinstellen. Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Hervorzuheben ist die gute Betreuung von Phil. Er macht das wirklich gut. Man sollte aber Englisch können. ##### Frank S. Séjour de 9 nuits en décembre 2017 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Walter I. 21 juin 2017 #### Schöne Wohnung in Costa Calma Die Wohnung liegt ca. 300 Meter oberhalb des schönen Strandes von Costa Calma. Ein Parkplatz stand uns direkt vor der Wohnung zur Verfügung und war immer frei. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnraum mit Kochecke, ein Bad und eine schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick. Das Bad mit Dusche ist ziemlich klein, aber für eine Woche vollkommen ausreichend, der Duschkopf und die Silikonfugen müssten mal erneuert werden. Die Wohnung ist sauber, verfügt über SAT-TV und WLAN. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat wunderbar funktioniert und es gab keinerlei Probleme. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer korrekt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, kleinere Renovierungsarbeiten sind aber notwendig, daher nur vier von fünf Sternen. ##### Walter I. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an Supermarkt, Geschäften, Cafes, Restaurants und Strand. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, normal gepflegt, große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Schlafzimmer + Wohn-Ess-Küchenbereich großzügig. Bad/WC ausreichend groß. Duschkopf war defekt, aber noch benutzbar (wir hatten keine Lust zu reklamieren). Freundlicher Verwalter, fürsorgliche Vermieterin (angenehmer E-Mail-Kontakt). Insgesamt unkomplizierte Abwicklung! Wetter sehr sonnig, mild, viel Wind, beeindruckende Brandung (Weihnachtsferien). Séjour de 7 nuits en décembre 2016 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Robert M. 16 nov. 2016 #### Schönes sauberes Appartment mit familiengerechter Ausstattung Das Appartment ist von ausreichender Größe und mit umfangreicher Ausstattung (Wasserkocher etc). Es ist allerdings leider an vielen Ecken sehr abgewohnt, bspw. sind sämtliche Fliegengitter löchrig und notdürftig und zudem noch dilettantisch mit Klebeband geflickt. Der Boiler leckt Wasser und man muss einen untergestellten Kanister regelmäßig auslehren. Auch war die bereitgestellte Espressomaschine völlig verdreckt und nicht nutzbar (warum schmeißt man soetwas nicht weg?) Das eigentliche Manko für uns (junge 3 köpfige Familie) war die sehr laute und auch nachts dicht befahrene Straße welche unmittelbar am Schlafzimmerfenster vorbeiführt, Einschlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster ist quasi nicht möglich. Die Mattatzen wirkten neu waren aber für uns sehr unbequem aber das ist Geschmacksache. Davon abgesehen ist das Appartment schön, es verfügt über eine sehr schöne große Terrasse mit Meerblick. Das Appartment liegt etwa 300m vom Strand entfernt ist aber infrastrukturell sehr gut angebunden (alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind problemlos fußläufig zu erreichen). Séjour de 4 nuits en août 2016 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Malcolm A. 6 mai 2016 #### Good Location Stayed here in April, it was a very nice apartment, the balcony has a sea view with stunning sunrises, the apartment is a little bit tired and could do with a face lift, the toilet seat broken and needs to be replaced, these are minor points and if addressed would be at least 4 stars. Location is brilliant, shops, restaurants and the beach are all within easy reach. Philip, who looks after you is very good, just give him a call when you arrive and he is there in minutes with the key and you can call him at any time with problems. p.s. no soap supplied. ##### Malcolm A. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped, and peaceful. It is located in a good location for exploring many nearby beaches and within walking distance to several shopping and restaurant areas.
