The Hazlitt is in a wonderful old building ( converted department store from Art Deco era) . Bathrooms modern and good looking. Same for furnishings. Also a number of pubs and live music venues nearby and heritage buildings. The only issue is the noise. In renovating they decided to keep the original large windows that reduce sound not at all. Since our apartment was on a corner with exposure from bedrooms to a busy street, you could hear every car, person and seagull. Doors do slam too. We had trouble getting in as it is keypad locking and no person available unless you call and they do everything online.
