Jane cooked some pasta for me and made sure I had a camping stove, torches and candles and anything I needed. I was so grateful. The property is amazing! Clean, tidy and all the amenities you could want. So much attention to detail down to phone charging points and lights that switch on when you walk in the door. The view was amazing and easy access to the beach too. This was my first stop on a whirlwind tour of New Zealand in celebration of my 60th birthday and it could not have been more perfect. The property is absolutely beautiful with an unbelievable view of both the ocean and the night sky. It is very well maintained, sparklingly clean, and Jane was a very thoughtful and available host who made the extra effort to inquire as to what type of milk we preferred so she could leave a bottle in the fridge. She also left a lovely bottle of champagne for us to celebrate with! The front porch is even more beautiful in person than it shows in the pics online, with a double day bed to lounge in while looking at the ocean or the night sky. The deck catches the afternoon wind, which meant we weren’t able to sit out there like we’d have liked too. 2\.
