Extremely cutesy and finally found a soft comfortable bed! The customer service was outstanding here. All of the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great breakfast spread. Chat GPT recommended 2 places in Pai, here and The Quarter. On our way to Ban Rak Thai I stayed at The Quarter first and was very underwhelmed. On my way back to Chaing Mai I had another day in Pai so I booked here instead. After checking in I loved it so much I kept extending the days. Ended up spending 3 days at the resort. It’s a total vibe. Great places to sit and relax around the pool and garden. Your patio is so nice with the cushion. The WiFi is strong enough to get work done! The staff is so nice and accommodating. I accidentally left a few things in the room and they have worked with me to have them delivered to chaing mai on their next shuttle. This resort goes above and beyond and it’s also a big bonus that the breakfast is AMAZING and the The Blue Ox restaurant we ate at multiple times, was fantastic. They have everything you need here in such a prime location in town. I will make a special trip back to Thailand just to stay here again and relax and unwind.
