We stayed here for a week with our family of 5, including our 3 kids ages 3-9\. The house itself is beautiful. Plenty of sleeping space for all of us and the living/kitchen area was perfect for hanging out. We cooked quite a few of our meals and we had almost all the tools we needed. The owners were informed of the couple small things we needed. The location of this house is amazing! The back yard looks right into a beautiful city park and is literally steps away from the river. Our kids loved it and the grown ups loved sitting on the porch watching the kids have fun. You are close enough that you could ride bikes into Pagosa Springs, easily. So bring bikes if you can. We have rented several VRBOs in Colorado and this is the first one that we all want to come back to. Book it, you won’t be sorry! ##### Byron C.
