And the beds and bedding were very comfortably. The view from the back deck with the games, fire pit and comfy furniture is amazung both mornings and nights. Pagosa Springs was such a cute city and the snowboarding / skiing for the girls made our week. The best part of the house was the property, fully stocked house and so thoughtfully prepared. Plenty of space for the kids to play and explore. Very quiet, lots of wildlife (elk, mule deer and whitetail deer). The views were awesome the pictures cant hold a candle to in person. The beds were very comfortable the water was very good. The house was clean and just everything we needed to enjoy a nice relaxing stay in order to disconnect from our daily routines (electronics etc.). Having the space for kids to run around in the snow and play was just perfect. Wolf Creek was a short drive. Polar Express in Durango was magical! Of course the town of Pagosa is just so charming.
